Changzhou Huada Kejie Opto-Electro Instrument Co., Ltd fire escape drill success
2024/06/07June is the national safety production month, in order to strengthen the fire awareness of our staff and improve the ability to cope with and dispose of fire hazards, the company held a fire escape drill from June 5th to June 6th. This is not only an in-depth test of the safety awareness of all employees, but also a vivid, practical emergency response ability to practice, so that every employee has a deep sense of the urgency and importance of fire escape.
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the drill and the staff's solid grasp of fire safety knowledge, before the drill, our company organized a comprehensive and in-depth fire safety training for all staff by the safety officer. The training covered fire prevention, countermeasures, escape techniques and other important knowledge. After the training, a strict test was conducted to check the learning results of the staff, so as to make every employee keep the safety knowledge in mind.
During the drill, all department heads and safety personnel quickly entered their roles and performed their respective duties. After the fire alarm system was activated, employees actively participated in the simulated escape and fire extinguishing demonstration in strict accordance with the established procedures and requirements. All of them did not panic in danger and acted in an orderly manner, fully demonstrating their ability to deal with fire emergencies and the spirit of teamwork. After the drill, the safety officer of the Integrated Management Department summarized the drill process and put forward improvement measures for the problems found in the drill, so that the employees could clearly recognize their own performance in the drill and the places that need to be improved, which provides a precise target direction for the subsequent improvement.
The drill not only tested the feasibility and effectiveness of our fire emergency plan, but also enhanced the staff's ability to save themselves and each other in case of fire and other emergencies.
